It's not bad, but it's so boring to so all brands converge to the same thing. I mean Apple borrowed from Braun, now Braun borrows from Apple again and we end up with a typeface that just looks like everything else. Except there's some playfulness in the K/k.

Please, please… is this really bad?

After 80+ years of craft and terrific design Braun was bought by Gillette in the 80s and died on a vine of American commercial canibalism and 80s/90s/oughts "design"… Do you think we can maybe acknowledge that this may be a comeback for them to be a real company and not knock them because they look too much like Apple — who as you do acknowledge, acknowledge their history more than they did in the last 30 years?

I've been crying my eyes out about Braun forever and I am just glad that a corporate somebody somewhere even remembers that they still exist and do have a history of designing things and is trying to restore something.

Half full? Good news? ;)

Haha yes!
